We currently provide food delivery within selected areas of Ratlam. Delivery availability depends on your location.

• Estimated delivery time is generally 30–60 minutes.
• Delivery time may vary during weekends, holidays, bad weather, or peak hours.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

Customers may receive order confirmation and delivery updates via SMS, phone call, or email whenever applicable.

5. Delivery Attempts

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled without refund.
