Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Porwal Ji Ka Dhaba, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations and refunds are accepted for orders placed through our website.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before food preparation has started.
• Once food preparation has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
• Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• Payment was deducted but the order was not confirmed.
• The restaurant is unable to fulfill the order.
• Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
• The order is cancelled by the restaurant due to unavoidable reasons.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Food has already been prepared or dispatched.
• Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
• Customer is unavailable to receive the order.
• Delay caused by circumstances beyond our control.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
